You may request the closure of your PHPhark account at any time by contacting our customer support team. PHPhark reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including where a player has breached these Terms & Conditions, where required by law or regulation, or where PHPhark determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. PHPhark reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. Players will be notified before any dormancy fees are applied. Dormant account balances will never be reduced below zero.
PHPhark accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. PHPhark reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. PHPhark does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. PHPhark does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the PHPhark account. Before any withdrawal is processed, the player must have completed KYC verification. PHPhark targets a processing time of thirty (30) minutes for GCash withdrawals, though actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider processing times and the volume of pending withdrawal requests. PHPhark reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the player's account dashboard. PHPhark reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments. Any withdrawal request that triggers PHPhark's anti-money laundering procedures may be subject to additional delays pending investigation.
PHPhark is committed to full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all related AMLC regulations. PHPhark reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and to freeze or close accounts where money laundering or other financial crimes are suspected. PHPhark offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time the offer is presented, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to a PHPhark account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement within the validity period will be forfeited.

PHPhark reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PHPhark's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PHPhark account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
PHPhark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the PHPhark platform, even if PHPhark has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
PHPhark does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
